When you message the clinic, we receive your message text and your WhatsApp number or Instagram ID so we can send a reply.

This service is an automated reply assistant for clinics on WhatsApp and Instagram.
How we use it
Your message is used only to write a reply. It is sent to an AI provider (Groq) to generate that reply, together with the clinic's public information.
What we store
We do not store or log customer messages or contact details. Only the clinic's own information (services, prices, hours) is stored.
Website
If you fill in the trial form on our website, we store your name, clinic name and phone number so we can contact you. They are deleted automatically after 180 days. Messages typed into the website demo are used only to write the demo reply and are not stored.
Website visits
When you open a page on this website, the page sends a small visit signal: which page it is, whether the browser says it is automated, and the tag of the link that brought you here if the link was tagged. We use it only to count visits per day and per hour and to tell people apart from bots. We do not use cookies for this and we do not store your IP address. To count unique visitors, we keep a scrambled code made from your connection and browser; it changes every day and cannot be turned back into your IP address. Daily visit counts are deleted automatically after about 13 months.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with anyone other than the providers needed to send the reply (Meta and Groq).
