The trial
The free 14-day trial starts once the connection is complete. If the clinic chooses not to continue, the service stops with no trial or setup fee.
Payment
If you continue after the trial: 299 SAR monthly for one channel or 499 SAR for both, per branch, with no setup fee. Any usage or external provider fees are clarified before launch.
Information and replies
The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of its information and for providing updates. Replies are reviewed during the trial and do not replace oversight by the clinic’s team.
Service limits
Njawib does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment or confirm appointments. Those remain the clinic’s responsibility.
Stopping and contact
The subscription is monthly. You can request to stop by contacting us on WhatsApp. Any clinic-specific agreement is documented before the service starts.
