What belongs in a clinic price list?
Use the service name patients recognise, the price in SAR, whether it covers a session or a package, and what is included. Add the branch, last review date and the person who approves changes. If the price is not fixed, state that the team quotes after assessment rather than leaving an outdated number.
Separate sessions from packages
“Laser 350” is incomplete. Specify the treatment area, session count, conditions and optional extras. An illustrative example is one full-body laser session at 350 SAR or four sessions at 1,200 SAR. These are sample figures, not your clinic prices; replace them before publishing.
Keep expired offers out of replies
Give every offer a start date, end date and eligibility conditions. Remove expired offers from the source used for replies, not just from an Instagram post. Keep branch details separate so one branch does not quote another branch’s offer.
A short pre-launch check
Ask about a session, a package, an expired offer and a service not listed. Check that replies explain what the price includes without inventing a figure. Ask whether a service suits a medical condition: that question should go to the clinic team even when the service price is known.
Prepare services, prices, hours and the confirmation process, then test real questions before launch.
